   Treeview_frm
Purpose: A form with a Treeview like expanding and contracting
hierarchy that does not use the Treeview control.
The example form is for a code libary with code samples grouped by
category. But you could use this technique for any hierarchy w/ one
level of depth. See the double click event of the lstTreeItems control
on the form.
