This correspondence with Microsoft was in reference to an MS KnowledgeBase article (Q209974) on how to create menu bars and menu options on the fly. The use I see for this is in making my application multi-lingual...and having only one place where I need to edit toolbars. This way, if I add a new menu option, I can add it to my code...and modify all the linguistic variations of that. ToolbarTest.mdb file plays with this concept a bit.
